Il Mangiare di Gusto
Let Gusto prepare authentic Italian food for you and your guests to eat at home or the office or a private venue. From simple supper parties to large parties, Gusto will take the hard work away for you. All we need is a few days notice.. We can also offer a private dinner with a wine or olive oil tasting, either at a venue of your choice or at our new Caffe on the first floor. Every party is different so we would sit down with you over a coffee and put some ideas together.

Cold 'Apero' Bites - chose from a large selection including: cubes of frittata, mini pizzas, polenta squares with grilled vegetables, mini rice balls, parma ham rolls with rocket and parmesan cheese, squares of tomato focaccia with red pepper dip, 'caprese' skewer (cherry tomato, mozzarella, basil), crostini with black olive paste, plus lots more. We can also offer a number of sweet options such as mini 'Baci di Dama' and squares of ricotta and candied peel cake topped with preserved orange. Hot 'Apero' Bites - polenta wrapped in Speck, mini meatballs with tomato dip, mini pizzas, stuffed mushrooms, crostini and Bruschetta with various toppings, mini chicken saltimbocca pieces
Antipasti Platters
Ideal for buffet or drinks parties, our antipasti platters include a selection of meats, cheeses, olives, artichokes, sun-blush tomatoes, focaccia squares, and breadsticks. Beautifully presented, we just need to know how many people you are hosting. If you need a sweet fix afterwards, we have plenty of ideas.
Piccole ciotole
If you want to offer your guests something a little bit more substantial, try our small bowls of food. These can be hot or cold and can be eaten standing up with a fork. Choose from a number of traditional Italian dishes such as mushroom or seafood risotto, meatballs in rich tomato sauce, chicken cacciatore, beef with anchovies, tomatoes and aubergine, Sicilian vegetable stew, and many more. Finish with a Gusto home-made cake with mascarpone and vanilla cream or some pots of panna cotta or tiramisu.

Gusto is very happy to arrange crockery, glasses, linen and cutlery if needed, as well as the drinks, ice and waiting staff.
